Hi,

My withdrawn payment has not been credited into my bank account up until now. It has been automatically withdrawn last Wed, Dec 12, 12:44 AM. As per the email I received, Expected date of delivery: 17-Dec-2018, but up until now I haven't received it.

I checked your transaction and it appears that it was successful on our end. Please know that Direct to Local Bank transfers take between 2 to 5 business days. If this withdrawal still has reflected on your account after 8-business days, you may reach out to us, or the Customer Support team directly so that they can issue a trace for you.
