To whom it may concern,

I am brand new to Upwork and have just created a profile looking to become a freelance writer. I just verified my email but as soon as I did so, it took me to a blank page with a green revolving circle. The page will not ever load, I have refreshed it, closed it out and reopened, etc. 

I am not even able to access my profile due to this permanent loading screen error I have encountered.

Does anyone know how to resolve this?
