Design issue in mobile

In my mobile when i edit my profile in Up work that time i accidentally find a Design bug.

Bug description : when click on "Education" button that time design not perfect and also not to show me "SUBMIT" button when scroll my page and i stuck.

And then finally i edit my profile in Desktop browser and Submit information.

Whenever i fillup my "City" name and click on "Submit" and then show record that time "City" field show Blank.
