I don't see how it is physically possible for two artists to use the same desktop computer simultaneously.

So I'm pretty sure the answer to your question is "no."

Unless I am not understanding what you mean. If you think I don't understand your question, please clarify.

Note that it IS POSSIBLE for multiple artists to work on the same client's project simultaneously, using their own Upwork accounts and their own computers. Each has a different contract, but all are working on the same job, the same assignment. That is fine.
