Device authorization i forgot my secret answer

Dear all, 

I usually open my upwork account directly with email ! 

Now they ask me for device authorization Answer your security question

When i enter it it shows this message below : 

You've reached the maximum number of tries. To reset your Security Question, click "Forgot your answer" below.

when i click on it they send email but without answer

This is my advice in order not to forget your security question: choose an unusual word you like and will not forget. Use it whenever you have to chose a security question. For example "cucumber" "semolina" "chiwawa"....

It goes like that:

What's your mother's name? - Semolina

Where did you meet your spouse? - Chiwawa

.... and so on.

Never give an honest answer to these type of questions as the answer can sometimes be found by anyone.
