Did I get Top Rated Too Soon?

I just recieved the Top Rated badge but, in stats, it says I have 13 of 16 weeks. Did I get it too soon or does one normally get it at around the 13-week mark? Not complaining but just curious. Thanks!

Congratulations on earning the Top Rated badge! You received it right on time. You must meet all the requirements for 13 of the last 16 weeks (a "rolling" 16-week period) to earn and maintain the badge.
