Hi Juliette,

Please know there are no indicators to tell a freelancer if a particular client has read their proposal. We've heard from experienced freelancers that they usually continue to send proposals and don't come back to a previous one unless they are contacted by the client. You may also want to check out this thread - Getting Started on Upwork as well as our Resource Center; where you’ll find some excellent articles and learn more about Upwork.
