Did not know the reason for account on hold and could not search account

Hi freelancers,

I am new to Upwork and yesterday I tried to add my billing address but it did not proceed rather I got a pop up of account on hold. 

I do not know the reason also I cannot see my account in search. 

I have contacted customer support and did not get a response. 

Can anyone guide me about this issue or can help me an identity for reason for an account on hold if it is.

I checked and there is no hold on your account. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? Let us know if the issue persists so that we can assist you further.
