It sounds like you've been applying to a lot of scam jobs. Basically, if a job sounds too good to be true (like a simple typing job with a high budget), it's a scam, and Upwork will delete it.

It sounds like your main offer is pdf conversion; this can easily be done in minutes by anyone with conversion software, so no real client is going to pay good money for it; you'll just hear from scammers who will tell you go to on Telegram and then try to steal money from you. For all of the other types of skills that you've listed, you need a portfolio (ONLY work that you have created yourself) in order to get hired. Take some of the Academy courses and/or read all of the help articles in order to learn how to use Upwork, otherwise you're just wasting your time and money.

Remove your CVs from the Portfolio section. Not only because they don't have anything to do with a portfolio, but also because they contain your contact details.

Hi Muhammad S.,

Remove your CV from your profile. I think it's not safe. If there is work you have done in the past, share it there.

Getting the first job on any freelance site is a bit difficult. Even if you have a good experience.

So, How to get a job?

According to my experience...

  • Target some countries clients. Try to be online more when your clients are working.
  • Try to apply as soon as the job is posted. Because at that moment they are also online. At that time you will have more chances to get job.
  • Target as small clients as possible in the beginning.
  • Apply immediately if any client has urgent work.
  • Make a minimum bid for the initial few jobs. (approx 1 to 5 jobs)

I also check these lists before applying for a job post.

  • Payment Method Verified.
  • 4+ Clients Rating.
  • 75%+ Hiring Rate.

Mostly, I will apply for 5-6 countries job posts only.
This is just my practice. So far I have not met any scammers.

Before starting the work...

Know what not to do here.

For Example...

  • Don't go outside UpWork no matter who calls you. Do the work in UpWork.
  • Do not share any of your personal contact information.
  • Don't ask for money/5 star rating in message box. and etc.

If you need an answer to any question, search your question first in the community. If you don't get an answer, post your question. Because you will get late reply when you post.

at the start it's much harder to find job because now reviews and experience, but keep trying and try differnet methods to find best. Good luck
