I'm freelancer and new to Upwork trying to buy connects but unable to verify the billing method. I'm using VISA Debit Card for this purpose. However Upwork has deducted amount from my account but still the system isn't able to verify the billing method. I'm struck in the situation and unable to find a way out, Need your help in this situation. The below mentioned message was popping up:
"Your payment could not be processed. Please choose an alternate payment method or retry again later."
Later on, I've even removed the billing method and now it is not even adding it again. Now when I am adding the debit card details the system is displaying the following error message.
"We are unable to authorize your card. Please add another billing method or contact your issuing bank."
