Direct Contract Available in India?

Hi There, Can someone please confirm if we can have a Direct Contract Available in India? 
We have a client from Germany. what should be the best approach to proceed on this.

 Direct Contracts are available to freelancers and their clients in the 180+ countries where we operate. To learn more about Direct contracts, check out this guide. Thank you.

Thanks, Goran, Can you please confirm where I can see the list of countries and how India(Freelancer)--> Germany (client) can work?
