Direct to local bank payment issues

Hi, I requested a payment on April 10 2018 and I received an email from upwork stating I requested the payment and that they will be sending it to the account number I registered on my profile however my bank does not see the transaction and today is the 8th business day since I requested the payment. Does anybody now how can I open a ticket about this missing payment?
