I completed a job for a client and they posted a dishonest review saying I never got back to them, even though the messages between the client and I shows I was able to resolve their issue within 30 mins. They thanked me and all for the help and never contacted me again. I've tried reaching out to the client to have them update the review but they've ignored me so far. This was my first job and my rating is unfortuanly low because of this. How can I dispute the review? Or can I report this client for defamation?
I'm sorry to hear about your experience with this client. Feedback can only be disputed or removed in a few cases, when a full refund is issued, when a Top Rated freelancer uses the perk, or when it’s in violation of TOS.
