Do I need to be a business to post a job and then submit payment?

Do I need to be a business to post a job and then submit payment, or if just setting up as a regular person who wants to submit jobs can I just link to my bank account for payment or do I need to set up a legal entity?

Regular people can post jobs. Anyone can post jobs and hire freelancers.

Do not need to be a business. Do not need to be a legally incorporated entity or such.

Can hire using a credit card or, in most places, PayPal.
