Could you please confirm if you have the correct phone number format in your account? As an example, the correct number format should be 880-xx-yyyyyyyy. XX here is your mobile network operator, and yyyyyyyy is the rest of your mobile number. As an example, it should look like this - 880 1890442492. Please check if you may have added any extra number in your mobile number by mistake.
