Do talent see thumbs up in review proposal?

I am reviewing prospals from Talent and trying to organise/rank them. Do talent get notified if I click the 'thumb up' sign? I notice the candidate are not notified if the thumb down is clicked but is this the same for thumbs up? I was going to use the thumbs up to shortlist my top 5 but I don't want them to think they have been chosen for the job? Appreciate your advice.

Lisa is a client asking about what freelancers see.

But the answer is the same.  Lisa, we freelancers are not notified unless you Interview or Decline us.
