I like short profiles, but I think yours is too minimal, especially with so many skills.
You should get the client's attention in the first two sentences, which are the only thing they see without opening the profile (the same goes for proposals).
Tell them what you can do for them that makes you special. You don't need to introduce yourself, or say what you do, or anything like that. They can already see that.
You have several skills, you should create specialized profiles, each one with its own text, don't put the same one in all of them.

Your profile is really nothing now. You have to tell the client what you can do for them, not talk about yourself, and you have to hook them in the first two sentences, that's all they see without opening your profile (same with proposals).
I don't know anything about your field of work, but can't you add some kind of portfolio?
