ERROR - To submit a proposal, update your address

I keep getting an error when i click submit a proposal on a specific project I am looking to work on. It keeps saying I need to update my address on my profile before I can submit a proposal. The exact wording of the error is.

"To submit a proposal, update your address."

I updated my address on my profile but keep getting this same error. What can I do to submit a proposal becuase I am stuck right now.

Hi Aaron,

It looks like there was a limitation on your account that has now been lifted. Could you please try logging out and back in to confirm if you are able to send proposals now?
