Each Job Says I Don't Meet Requirements

How can i meet the requirements if I am new?   Preferred qualifications and Activity on this job

Ignore the 90% and above JSS requirement.

 

That is a default setting most clients are not even aware of.

 

Apply to any job which you are well qualified for. Clients will still see your proposals.
