Edit name on profile and email address?

Hi Everybody,

I just recently joined the platform and I need to change the account email and name I have listed with my profile, is there an easy to do that? I went into the chatbot and went to where they told me to change my name, but nothing was listed there to change it and I was just sent in a circle.

Is there any process for doing it/can I talk to any support to greenlight this change at all?
