Can someone make me understand what Upwork is Al about and how it works

If you do not know what Upwork is about or how it works, well why did you join in the first place? I mean if you are going to join something it would be nice to know a little about it. As far as telling you how it works others may take the time to tell you, however, as for me I will just say to take 20 or 30 minutes of your own time and do somereseach on your own.
