As a baby boomer in the tech field I am familiar with age discrimination. Many advisors recommend leaving education dates off resumes and applications as such dates are easily used to screen out older applicants. How do I add education (masters and phd) to my profile without specifying dates?

If you take a look at the many successful boomer freelance profiles on Upwork, I think you'll find that your age will not hold you back. There are many boomers here that do quite well. Good clients want experienced professionals.

And honestly, I don't think many clients actually look at that education information. What attracts them are well-written proposals along with strong portfolios.
