Email not recognised!

I have been on upwork for nearly a year and no issues. I started working with a company and my upwork was registered with the company email - **edited for Community Guidelines**

now my contract has ended but I did transfer the account over to **edited for Community Guidelines** but I am unable to log in as it says email isn't valid or recognised?? Like what can I do to access my UpWork! It's so frustrating
