Email verification failed!

Hello, i'm not able to verify my email.
The link of the verification mail is not working, landing to a page with a message.
I have tried two/three times with email resend but no luck.

 

Email verification failed!

Please make sure that you have copied and pasted the entire URL from your email in your browser.
If you are still having trouble verifying your email contact customer support.

If you need help verifying your email, we’ll need to ask you to confirm some private account details in order to help you. At Upwork, protecting your privacy is our priority. With this in mind, it would be best if you reach out directly to our support team so they can assist you within a private and secure channel of communication. 

 

How do I reach a human in customer support?

 

  1. Please visit Contact Support and click the ‘Chat with Upwork' button.
  2. Type a question or topic and select ‘Send’. The bot will find relevant Help articles for you.
  3. The chatbot will ask you to confirm if you need additional help. If you confirm that you need additional help, you will be asked to confirm the account type you need help with.
  4. From there, the support options available to you will be listed. Select either of the options to be able to contact the Upwork Support Team.

I didn't receive email verification I tried several times but nothing happened I also checked spam and junk and I don't have any filters on Gmail please help me.

I am having trouble as well. If I click re-send email I get the email but when I click to verify it says the link has expired. It then sends me another verification email and you guessed it, the link has expired. It’s stuck in some hellish loop.

Hi,

 

I have created an account and all I have to do now is to verify my email. But every email link I click on sends me to a page that says "Email link is incorrect or is expired. If I can get any help it would be very appreciated!

My attempts to verify my email result in a loop with the following message: 

 

This email verification link has expired or is incorrect.

We have sent a new verification link to **Edited for Community Guidelines**
Use this new link to verify your email address.
 
But ends in the same result.

I am having a similar issue as I see others have had. I'm attempting to verify my email, and the response says "This email verification link has expired or is incorrect" so I do it again and same thing happens. I the meantime, I seems as if my access is limited. I've been unable to invite/add another user, etc.

Make sure you've entered the email address correctly and lastly use the option to change the email address you provided if you are still having issues. Afterwards, Please resend the email one more time, check your inbox and spam folder, check the settings for your email provider and make sure emails from Upwork aren't being blocked.

Verification e-mail is not coming.

I received "Welcome to Upwork. Let's get started!"e-mail from UpWork, but no verification e-mail.

I've tried resending 3 times already. I can't get started, because my e-mail has not been verified.

I'm having trouble with verification email. It wasnt sending yesterday.... I checked all my mail boxes... now today it sends but when I click it I get

 

"This email verification link has expired or is incorrect."

 

Then it instantly sends another... I've tried clicking new ones, rebooting, different device... no luck. Any and all suggestions welcome. Thanks!

I cannot receive the verification email, and no, it is not in junk/spam or trash.

Clear Cache and resend it. And wait 2 min.
