Email verification not working!

Hello everyone!

I'm trying to verify my account but i have reached the email verification limit and i haven't yet recieved any email from Upwork. Any suggestions on fixing this?

I'm having the same issue. Checked my spam/trash folder multiple times, using Gmail.


Also can't request any more verifications, I get this msg:


You've reached your verification email limit. If you need to send additional verification emails, please try again in about an hour.
The security question confirmation email went through fine, but not the actual email verification email.
Please help.

I think you should contact upwork support, with the direct assistance of a support agent you would be able to fix the issue.
