I'm new to upwork and trying to contact customer support directly regarding a few specific questions for a job we're trying to post. Nothing within the community answers the specifics, given the particularities of the questions.
Each time I have tried to set up an email ticket using the support section, the option to email is greyed out and can not be clicked. Only the ask community option is clickable, and as mentioned, this does not help us.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
