I am another one with the same problems, when I try to log in to my main account it is showing an error, Username doesn't exist, but when I try to sign up I get an error message saying the email is associated with an inactive account, and to contact support, but there is no way to contact support!
I have started a temporary account so that I can contact someone to help, but I don't have sufficient permissions to PM anybody -- this is ridiculous 'support'!
Then how about somebody fixes the problem? If you have got a dozen people all with the same problem, and they can't contact support, or PM anybody, what are they supposed to do?
