Hello,

I ve got the same problem.

Cannot login with my email, says it is "inactive account".

Had to register as tmp account.

 

Have no priviliges to PM you my original account email.

What can I do?

Hi there, I'm writing this because I've the same problem mentioned above, I've created an account with an email address, but I did a mistake setting up my location, so I deleted my account and then tried to recreate it again with same email address but it keeps telling me that :

This email address is associated with an inactive account. Contact Upwork Support if you want to use this email address or register with another email address.

So, I've created this email so I can have permission to post this. I'm confused and I need help, please I'm new in this platform and any help would be appreciated.

Thank you Mr. Goran for reaching me out so soon, but I've been contacted
by Ms. Alisha, and she reinstated my old account. If I come up with any
