I have the exact same problem.
I can't open new account with email used in old account which is closed.
I really don't know what to do and I really need new account because I want a fresh start on that email address. Please help me if you can.

I'm having a similar issue. I wanted to switch account type so I closed my "client" account, but now my email is inactive. I had to create a second account with an email I don't typically use just to send this message. Can someone assist me in activating my previous email?
I'm having an issue related to an 'inactive related account' I acidentallly created a new one before I knew my manager invited me to join her team, deleted it now when i follow the invite link the invite won't work bc the email is related to an :"inactive account" also I cannot PM you.
Please help with this issue.
