Employer Unable to locate Me with my Upwork ID

Hi,

 

I have already got a contract, however my employer is having difficulty locating me with my Upwork ID or Email address.

 

Please Help.

Hi Michael, 

 

I checked your account, and it looks like you have not yet accepted the offer yet. If you don't accept it, it won't show as an active contract on your profile. Please note that you need to accept an offer before you start working on the project. Once you accept the contract, your client will be able to see it on their end as active contract.
