Employment authorization from USCIS (EAD) & W2

I have EAD (Employment authorization card) from USCIS (Authorized to work) and also have SSN. My location verification is done by Upwork. While filling the I9 form, for federal tax verification option...should i be selecting individual/sole propreitor ?. Please advise.

Also with regards to W2, will i have get one from upwork or i report my earnings while filing taxes. As per the link below, i underestand the individuals will not recieve any tax documents and i need to report my earnings (earnings by client report).
