I’m new to Upwork, have taken 2 English tests and passed them. However, it still says “this client will see that you do not have the following. Englishlevel:any. I’ve searched everywhere and can’t find how to make this disappear. Any help would be appreciated.

According to your profile you don't speak any language at all. Add English as language to your profile and voila.
