Yesterday when I was making my account I tried entering the phone number I used on another account which I want to close, but that didn't work. I closed the old account, but I still wasn't able to enter it. I asked this late east coast time last night and I was contacted by someone who works here but I don't think they are here today. I was wondering if someone that is here now can help, thanks.

You are not allowed to close an account and innitate another.
You can have one Upwork account only, ever.

Is this problem resolvable somehow? If thats not possible, I don't need to be here. So If not, who can I go to to inquire about wiping all the information I filled in this platform gone for good? Thank you.
