Error 500 (O) on verification

Hello, I got the request from UpWork to verify my identity. I do not have any problem with it, since I read all the threads in this subreddit on this matter. I uploaded my document,,but the verification was cancelled out, because a message saying "Error 500 (O)" appeared on the screen.

I should not know what to do, sincerely.
