Error in hours manualy- Please help

I can´t put the hours manualy. My client allowed but when I open the hours window just show me from 21:00 to 22:00 and I can´t see more minutes or hours. Pl

I checked your account and it seems to be working. I was able to see the options for the specific hours for adding manual time. Could you please try again after clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser?

I think now I understand the problem. My client sent a proposal that I
didn´t see in time and expired. We talked about it and I apply for the job
again and we set the contract today. I already did the job, working 4
hours, but because the initial expired proposal, 4 hours didn´t pass since
we start the contract. I have to wait 4 hour to pass to valid my 4 hours of
work. If I understand well.
