Error message when submitting a proposal: "Unable to save your application"

Everytime I submit a proposal for a job, I receive the attached error message. I have already cleared the cache and cookies, and tried in multiple browsers. Can someone please advise, as this error is a critical blocker in using this site. Thanks!

Hi Samantha,

There can be various reasons why the proposals weren't saved, such as the client closing the jobs or making it private. Unfortunately, unless the proposals are recorded on Proposals page or Connects History, we can't check or restore them. Feel free to submit new proposals.
