Error message won't let me past "employment" section on application

Every time I try to go through the application, I get the same error message (shown in attached screenshot) when I click next on the employment section. I've tried it on my phone, laptop and Kindle, and always get the same result. Is this a bug or something to do on my end? Thanks in advance.
