Error message

I am new to upwork and want to add my work to convert it into specialised profile but wheneve i try that it shows it as draft and when i tell it to publish it anyway it gives me an error message that they cannot publish my work due to temperary site error. I tried doing it in incognito mode, and clearing the cache and even changing the browser, still the same,Is there a site problem or how do i get it done?
