Error msg on uploading photo on application

Either it will not upload at all, or I get an error message that it must be a photo, or it tells me it cannot be saved.

Have tried different formats:  jpg, tiff, bmp, png, and nothing works.  I cannot save all the work I already did on the application without getting something loaded!

Maybe I'lll upload my dog until I can get some help, then change it later if approved!

Hi Carol,

Can you please check if the image you're trying to upload is at least 250px by 250px? Also, make sure that it's a clear photo of yourself, not a long shot and your face is clearly visible. If it meets those requirements and you still can't upload it then please try clearing your cache and cookies and using a different browser to check if the problem persists. Thank you!

My picture was not 250 wide, but I tried uploading my dog instead, which
was more than 250x250, and that didn't work either. Therefore, the problem
is not the size. There should be that size requirement shown so that
people know before trying to upload in vain.

To use a different browser, have to log in all over again. Because I had
not logged in anew, LastPass had not saved my p/w and the reset emails are
a series that do nothing to reset but are a big chain of the same ones over
and over.

The email sent from your website says this:
Your username is: **Edited for Community Guidelines**
Forgot your password? Find it here

The "Find it here" leads to the same screen as before,
see screenshot attached. It does not lead to my "finding" it either, only
to another screen to request a "reset" which sends me the same email to
"find it" again.

When I finally am able to get in, if ever, I have to do my whole profile
over again since all my work is now lost because of the picture being
*required* before being able to save the work. Seems that not everyone
would have a picture ready immediately. I certainly didn't. That
certainly took me by surprise.

Am totally frustrated by this time.
