Exchange rate

Hi, I have noticed that every time I withdraw and check the dollar exchange it is 1-2 per dollar difference on current exchange rate from USD to my local currency. I waited till next day it did not change. It has nothing to do with my bank because it is upwork and it is before withdrawal. It has been years and I can't take it anymore, I felt that I was being robbed by Upwork. This is unacceptable. You already have commissions from workers. The dollar exchange is changing but yours is not, if it will change it is still lower.

The exchange rate used when you withdraw your funds is provided by our payment processor and this is not something Upwork can control. Since rates constantly change throughout any given day, the rate you received is the rate offered by our bank at the time your specific transaction was processed.
