Expired test without taking it

 I went to take the Knowledge if Microsoft Office skills test last night. I saw it was 40 questions and realized I did not have enough time to take the test. I do not believe I even opened the test window by clicking on start test. I think I just exited out. I went to take it this morning. The test button is active, but the first page says the test is expired and can be taken again in May. Can this test be reset please?
