Expired the verification time limit, money stuck in your escrow how to proceed?

Hi,

I've failed to verify within the timelimit due to technical issues with my bank.

Now the verification amount is credited back but the actual project cost amount is deducted and hasnt' been creadited to me or the developer.

Please help me forward the money to him,

I can't verify the payment method again since my bank has weird issue of not showing the deduction for current month unless sheet is prepared for that month which takes 15 days cycle and your verification time expires within that
