Facing problem to upgrade my membership plan

"We are in process of subscription renewals and upgrades are not possible during that period. Please come back later".

When I am trying to change my membership plan basic to plus the above message shows and I can't upgrade to plus. why this is showing and what is the solution to it?

Hi Joyanta,

 

Thank you for your message. I see that your billing cycle starts on the 1st of every month. You cannot make changes to the subscription plan within 24-48 hours of the billing cycle date. Could you please try again after 24-48 from your billing date?
