Failing a verification of billing method

Dear guests and users,

I am a newcomer to this website and I had confronted with an exceed of limit for verification of billing method, I did not previously know what 2 amounts I had to plug in and then I saw that there were 2 deposit amounts in my ''transactions' section of upwork profile a deposits of $10.00 and $0.00, so did I have to plug them into those gaps or were there any other amounts anywhere else? I just exceeded the limits and need to contact the customer support team and came here but even do not know if it is this place 🙂 I would be grateful for all your effors made for a help, thank you in advance.
