Fee Schedule - 10% after $500 automatic change?

Hello,

I thought I read Upwork takes 20% of the first $500, and 10% after that. I've made over $700 and Upwork is still taking 20%, am I mistaken on the fee schedule or is there something I need to do to fix that?

It automatically switches to 10% when you hit $501 with one client (and again, to 5%, when you hit $10,001 with that client). You begin at 20% with each new client.
