Feedback Removal

Hi.
I requested feedback removal  but it seems like the feedback removal is not affected on the contract since the feedback is not given. It is still showed "No feedback given".
So I want to remove another contract's feedback.

I just want to move it to another contract.

And the old request is not completed since the feedback is not given. Please advice. Thank you.
