Feedback on my profile

Hey everyone! I'm new on Upwork and I would really appreciate getting some feedback. What can I do to improve my profile?

I think that your profile is good enough to get jobs. Yet, I suggest you use less 'passive voice'. Be more active and emotional. For example, use "my skills/areas of expertise are" rather than "I'm skilled". The passive voice is hard-to-read and boring. 

If your profile is good enough, then you're failing at sending 'attracting' proposals. Learn how to touch souls and emotions in your proposal text. Be kind, vivid, and hopeful. Offer them a unique thing that only you can do. Make them dream, and be in their dream. A perfect proposal is the key to an interview and also a job.

Remove the "hey" "I'm Melody" and "I have 2 years experience".  Don't mention information that can be found on your profile.  The first 2-3 lines are what a client sees when they conduct a search so make sure they stand out. 

Not sure if "Lead Generation Specialist" is the best profile header.  Make yours stand out.  Take a look at the competition and see how they market themselves.  Make sure you don't copy but there will be ideas you can take to improve your profile.  

If you have client testimonials, add them to your profile.  

Your proposals should be customized to the job.
