Good day!

Could someone please help me with my concern? I recently joined Upwork and changed my name from my nichname to the real one then I set up the payment method. After that I received a notification "Payment method Bank ... was recently added to Financial Account "nick name"." How can I change my name in Financial Account? Please help.
