Hi, Upwork Team!
At 21:13 P.M, April 13, I received a message which asked me to have a video chat to verify my identity within 7 days. I was so busy doing my first job on upwork so I had a video chat at 11:00 A.M, April 19.
And I received a message from upwork which shows I've passed the video verification at 00:19 A.M, April 21(today) and it made me so glad.

But this morning, I got another terrible message which shows my financial transaction has been limited. Why on earth do you send me 2 contradictory messages?
I hope you will fix this issue as soon as possible and let me know.
