Find/interview a freelancer for me?

Hi,
I'm a new user, how can I get help from the upwork team to post a job and you find/interview a freelancer for me?

It's best if you do your own vetting and hiring. .You are the best person to know what you need. Upwork is just a site that allows clients and freelancers to meet to get work done and to do work. Although Upwork has talent specialists that supposedly help by suggesting freelances, but I personally (and I'm sure quite a few others here would not rely on them. Way too many problems and the freelancers they suggest may not even have the skills that are required for the job

Post your job, Describe in detail what you need and the result you want. If you have copies of the material/files, provide that as an attachment. Read the proposals from the freelancers who apply and pay attention to the ones that professionally address your job. Look at the skills and qualifications of the freelancers who apply, check their profiles, and also check their feedback/reviews. If your job is complicated, have a phone conversation with one or two of your top choices to make sure they understand what's required of them and to see if both of you are a good fit to work with. Don't be stingy with your budget. (you get what you pay for.)

Alternatively, you can search out freelancers yourself by entering in the skills relevant to your job and go through some of the freelancers that are pulled up.

Why don't you just post your own job and do your own interviewing? That is what the site is there for.

Hi,
Thanks for the answer, because I have no experience to conduct a good interview, in the section of the website on "how it works" says that this would be possible, please I am misunderstanding or what I would need to do to achieve this?
